The 6-Point QC Checklist

Before you approve any item for shipping, run through these six checks:

• Logo placement — Compare against retail photos. Off-center or wrong-size logos are common flaws.
• Stitching — Look for loose threads, uneven seams, or skipped stitches.
• Color accuracy — Lighting in QC photos can distort colors. Ask for a natural-light shot if unsure.
• Material feel — While you cannot touch through a photo, look for texture that matches the description.
• Size measurements — Compare the provided cm measurements against the sizing chart.
• Box & accessories — For shoes and accessories, confirm the box, tags, and extra laces are present.

When to Reject

If two or more of the above checks fail, request a swap. Minor flaws on low-cost items may be acceptable, but never accept major defects on premium pieces.
