Step 1: Open the Spreadsheet

The JoyaGoo Spreadsheet is organized by category columns. Each row represents a product with fields for name, size range, price tier, color options, and stock status. Start by selecting the category tab that matches what you are looking for.

Step 2: Filter and Sort

Use the built-in filters to narrow by size, color, price range, or stock status. The most useful filter is "In Stock" — this removes items that are currently unavailable and saves time.

Step 3: Copy the Item Code

Every item has a unique code in the first column. Copy this code and paste it into your order message. This is the single most important step — without the code, the seller cannot identify the exact item.

Step 4: Submit and Wait for QC

After submitting your order, wait for the QC photos. Review them carefully. If anything looks off, request a swap before the item ships. Once approved, your order moves to shipping.
